Trevor Morgan | Founder & CEO
Trevor Morgan founded Prairie Business Credit in 1993 to provide working capital to worthy businesses unable to borrow from banks. He spent 20 years prior to Prairie Business Credit in lending and management positions for both banks and finance companies interacting with Fortune 100 and start up businesses, all needing loans. Successfully lending to, and graduating, new and recovering companies became his passion, resulting in Prairie Business Credit. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the US Navy Submarine service. Married in 1968, he and his wife are parents to 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren.

Dylan Morgan | Executive Vice President
Since 2003, Dylan has been helping companies with unique financial needs. He prides himself in understanding each company's situation and providing a thoughtful recommendation on how the company should finance it's future, whether that involves Prairie Business Credit or not. Being the son of an entrepreneur has given him the perspective to understand what struggles business owners face. Dylan earned a Physics degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a committed father of four, who enjoys coaching and being involved in his children's lives in every way possible.

Ron Diversey | Senior Vice President and Chief Credit and Operations OfficerRon started his career with Prairie Business Credit in 2002 as he was pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Elmhurst College. He has worked in all parts of the Operation for Prairie Business Credit and has managed hundreds of Clients throughout his career. This background gives him the foundation needed to help Prairie Business Credit’s Clients with their working capital needs and guide them to success and graduation to traditional bank financing or self-funding. While his career with Prairie Business Credit continued to grow, Ron and his wife began their family which now includes 4 children. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ youth soccer teams, and family vacations.
